Community Bankers Association of Georgia BSA Officers School

Jay Postma, CAMS, President of MSB Compliance participated as a presenter at the CBA of Georgia's BSA Officers School, speaking on money services businesses.  Participants learned about the BSA compliance requirements to which MSBs are subject, risks faced by MSBs, risks of banking MSBs, and mitigation strategies of MSBs and of banks.  Updates were provided on regulatory expectations, common findings during examination of MSBs and community banks serving them.

Mr. Postma also participated in a penel discussion concerning various BSA/AML issues and trends in compliance management and risk mitigation.
