💬 “Speak up—even if it’s uncomfortable.”
Early in your career, it’s easy to assume everyone else knows more. Titles and confidence can be intimidating. But here’s the truth: everyone experiences imposter syndrome.
The most effective growth comes from a cycle:
👂 Listen carefully
🛠️ Engage and do the work
🎓 Teach or explain what you’ve learned
Each step builds clarity and confidence—especially when you’re willing to ask questions and challenge respectfully. Silence feels safe, but it slows learning. And mistakes only become lessons when you’re open enough to explore them.
🧠 One of the best lessons I’ve learned: Confidence is built by listening well and participating fully—not by waiting to feel ready.
